Isn't it funny how difficult it sometimes is to admit certain truths to ourselves?

I have reams of statistics telling me of the probability that at some time in the future, either Judy or I will need some type of of care.

But, I really don't believe it!

Nope, that someone who will need care is "someone" else -  not me and not Judy!

Medication Errors

I ran across an article in the Fall/Winter issue of "Caring Right at Home", published by  Right at Home's  Grand Rapids office which I feel is very important.

As we grow older many of us grow forgetful (and that sure describes me!). 

I take a ton of medications, and keeping track of them can be a chore.  I finally decided to use 2 Tupper ware containers - one for morning meds, and one for meds I take at night.
